If you're not satisfied with the product(s) you've purchased,
email us first and inform us of the reason for a return and tell us your
Order Confirmation Number. We will then provide you with further instructions.
Shipping, Insurance and PayPal fee charges are not refundable. Also if
exchanging the purchased item the shipping costs are payable by the customer.
If we receive the item back within 30 days, a fee of 15% (of the item’s
purchase price) for re-stocking will be charged. Any returns received by us
after 60 days from the date your order was shipped will be refunded with a
deduction of the original shipping costs plus a 'late' fee (in AU Dollars),
which is a 50% of item(s) original purchase price.
All returns must be in as new condition, not worn, nor washed
and all tags in place. Please package items safely, as we cannot accept damaged
returns. Any damaged, worn or washed items will be refused. Any costs associated
with sending such refused items back to you are your responsibility.
When returning goods, please ensure that you send returned
goods back using recorded and insured delivery, so you have proof of posting.
Any costs associated with the return of items by you to us are your
responsibility, including costs of sending exchanged / or refused items back to
you.
We will contact you to arrange how to best refund your dues.
We have aligned ourselves with Australia Post as our delivery
system, who have a good reputation for getting the delivery done efficiently,
but as with all things human error can occur (thankfully rarely). Therefore
once an order is dispatched from our premises we are not responsible for any
delivery delays.
It is your responsibility to ensure correct shipping/delivery
details are provided to us through this web site. If OZ-UGGBOOTS is required to
re-ship orders, because incorrect details are provided, any costs associated
with re-shipping of such orders are your responsibility.
All delivery times/dates provided are estimates only and are
at the discretion of the postal system providers.
Replacement items for orders lost in the mail are at OZ-UGGBOOT’S
discretion.
OZ-UGGBOOTS is not responsible for any loss or damage of your
order in transit. As soon as we hand over your order to the postal system
providers the risk of loss or damage is passed on to you. All costs associated
with recovering / or investigating lost or damaged orders are your
responsibility.
We strongly advise to include insurance against loss or
damage in transit, when making an order.
If you have received our product(s) and find some kind of a
manufacturing or other fault or defect with the product(s), please
email us immediately and we will be able to assist you further. Please do
not send us back any product(s) you consider faulty unless we have specifically
asked you to do so. We will not be assessing or returning any product(s) we
receive back without our prior written request for such return.
We will consider reports, emailed to us, of our product(s)
being received with a manufacturing or other fault or defect for up to 45 days
from the date your order was shipped. After 45 days from the date your order was
shipped we will not consider any reports of a fault with our product(s). Claimed
faulty products received by us after 45 days will be shipped back to customer.
If after assessing and agreeing that the supplied product(s)
has some kind of a manufacturing or other fault or defect, a brand new
replacement will be sent back. If however we don’t have it in stock, expect a
delay for the manufacturer may have to make the replacement. A no refund policy
applies for faulty product(s).
If the replacement for the faulty product(s) is awarded, it
may be subject to import duties, taxes and custom processing fees in your
country. If you are unsure if your parcel will be subject to such fees you
should contact your local customs or postal authority. Any such fees are solely
the responsibility of the parcel recipient and you are responsible for paying
these fees.
